  Good news ! ... the previous staff has been let go, along with the management. There is new management now, though I spoke to Adi only. She is amazing at her job. If you want to see what multi-tasking is, go and watch her dealing with 3, even 4, clients at once. No one was waiting. She has showed me the unit, explained to me everything, and explained all terms of the rental agreement. No hidden fees. No surprises. On top of that, a very competitive rate. Give Adi a try, and see for yourself.

  Probably the best service I have ever received. Thanks to Adi, came in with no expectations but left with amazement. Not only she made us feel welcomed, the information was super straightforward with no hidden prices. On top of that she gave us the freedom to choose by our own pace. The place is amazingly clean and simple. I love clean and simple!

  You cannot ignore the fact that Smart Shop is so professionally represented by their staff. I am speaking of Adi. I called into the number and got a us representative who offered me a great deal. I couldn't make it in for the times but when Adi called me she was so professional and consistent with what she said that when I finally came in it was nothing but smooth service from there on in. She answered all of my questions punctually & was very generous. Very quick and great visit! The storage inside is very lit up and spacious by the way. If this is type of staff that works there, I am now a loyal customer. Thank you Adi.

  So this is my first time renting a storage space. I wanted a work space isolated and free from a lot of restriction. I was worried about heating, safety and a bunch of other things but Adi made the process super smooth. She answered all of my questions punctually & was very generous. Very quick and great visit! The storage inside is very lit up and spacious by the way.

  I have been a tenant at Smart stop for over 5 years, having 3 office units. They have great customer service and accessibility. Their prices are competitive in the market. I never experienced anything but satisfaction with them. Highly recommend their facilities and services, whether for storage or office space.
