  Called to inquire about a specific pair of shoe, male associate will only look for me if I have the style number despite me having the name and description. He "offer" me to just come in the store despite me living at least 30mins drive away. I already went to two other locations, they have the style just not the colour my mom was looking for. Asked to speak to someone else that could help me, and the phone got cut. Called back, asked for the manager (he claims bad connection, fine I'll trust him), manager kept correcting what I was describing was wrong and just said they don't have it, ask me to go to other stores. I went online after again to only find that I was correct in the first place with the name and description. Clearly the associate AND manager at this location do not know their products and aren't very helpful to customers. Will take my business to their other locations that actually wants to help customer and make a sale. Save yourself some time and dignity !

  A vast selection of shoes. The staff left me alone for the first 10 minutes to explore and try a few pairs on myself before asking if I needed help. Which I did. I was shown a few pairs based on my requirements and within 2 minutes I had found the perfect pair. I highly recommend this location.

  Staff was courteous and was attentive within 30 seconds of coming through them door. She listened to what we were looking for and provided us with options for the perfect shoes, which we found. Highly recommend this place and don't understand the negative reviews.
