  It has been a pleasure working with Lalit and Seema from savemax for the last three years . We have sold our house and bought two houses from them and it has been a hastle free journey . There was so much transparency in their work and kept us informed about everything happening about the market and made it easy and beneficial for us to invest . Our house was sold just in four days which was tension free for us . It is important to have a good relationship with your realtor as we invest our hard earned money and Lalit proved that everytime . Lovely journey working with each other and I will recommend working with savemax to all.

  It was a nightmare!!! this brokerage is unprofessional and they're all a bunch of thieves. They were convincing me to sell to a specific costumer of their's for 100000$ less than my home's market value. After 10 months of my home being listed on the market, I wanted to terminate the contract and they didn't respond to emails (or calls or tests ...) until I informed them that I will call the cops. They even forged my signature on a selling agreement that I have never seen before with a higher commission. They attract people by telling them that they'll post their houses for 999$ but the reality is that they convince the seller to list their homes for low price and when a deal is made with higher price, they take all the difference and that's how they make their money! don't trust them and don't entrust them with selling your family home because they are all corrupt. Flee if you can!

As being such a tough client to them, they have never made me felt that I am alone even they always supported me as part of their beloved family.   I spoke with Raj and then my wife and I met with him and Bill at our home. They answered all our questions, providing data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, how the selling process works and provided tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that with the current state of the market we would not be able to sell our home for a fair price but after our meeting we knew, of all the relators we met, that we wanted Raj to sell our home. Raj and team made the process incredibly easy from day 1, they had Poonam come and provide us with professional staging tips, had professional photographs taken and utilized all mediums to provide our property with maximum exposure. The hard work from Raj’s team and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off as our listing looked amazing and this helped to attract a significant number of potential buyers into our home.

  We used Save Max Team Raj to sell our home in in the fall of 2017. Before choosing a real estate agent, my wife and I conducted research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. The Save Max Real Estate Team stood out due to their strong social media presence, positive feedback from friends who used them recently to sell their homes and the fact that the homes they had for sale within our neighborhood sold relatively quickly and at good prices given the current downturn in the market

  The initial offers were below what we were expecting but Raj and team’s superior negotiation skills helped as the final offer we accepted was above the asking price. Since the sale of the home, the support we received from the Save Max team has made the closing process fairly seamless. The overall experience from initial contact with Raj and team to now has been a pleasant experience; they are true professionals that I would recommend to anyone interested in selling or buying a home
