I have requested Google to label this as Valet parking and the other ParknFly as economy parking. I saw a few people come in expecting the economy lot. So they wanted to get out, but that is very difficult when the only way in is for people dropping off their cars. Have to drive over a curb is the only other way out.

BEWARE! Do not park in valet unless you want them to loose your car keys. As far as I know, a valet service's main job is to park your car and keep your car keys safe. Park and Fly did not do this. Not only did they keep my husband waiting for close to 2 hours (even though he paid for this service that is suppose to have your car ready and waiting after you notify them of your arrival), but he had to go back and ask where his car was only to be told that they have misplaced his keys. Some random worker at park and fly ended up driving my husband home. Let me add that at this point it was 2 in the morning. My husband uses this service 2+ times a month for at least a week at a time. The morning staff were able to locate his keys and had someone drive his car home mid afternoon the next day. All park and fly offered was a free week of parking. Thats it. For not doing what the whole purpose of their job is to do, keeping track of a customer's keys. Stay away. Park at the airport not this very unorganized company.

I have used this location religiously for many years, HOWEVER, their quality of service has gone down hill in recent years. Even though I called when I landed, still had to stand around and wait 20 minutes for them to bring my car around, and they did not clear away the snow. We were not the only ones waiting. Back at the terminal, I was running along side the shuttle trying to get to the pick up post, they did a rolling stop, and then drove away. Didn't even bother to look and see if anyone was coming, so had to wait in the cold at the terminal too. I also notice that they are not as swift with taking cars away -- at departure and arrival the lanes were jammed full of cars sitting around unattended with the keys inside. Used them last year, and the guarantee pick up window at valet (as advertised, at the time was every 8 minutes) seemed like more of a "suggestion" for their drivers. They either need more staff, or they need to be managed properly. I think I will secure a new airport parking option from now on.

Wow. we waited for an hour and a half for the shuttle with 30 other very cold and angry people. We finally took a cab to the valet side, they quickly knocked off 2 days rent. No apology. Poor service. Better to self park and take the airport people mover on rails. This was a bad experience. Very bad.

My radio was turned on and tuned to a different station. Why was that necessary? Anyway, I don't see the point of paying more PER DAY when the only extra benefit you get is faster drop off. Should be faster pickup, but like others have said before me, my car was not ready nor was a week's worth off snow storms cleaned off it.

I LITERALLY parked my car, waited for a shuttle to leave. Then arrived, waited for a shuttle, then paid, then walked to my car in a parking lot (luggage and all) to leave the parking lot... Why is this called Valet service?!?

There is nothing "valet" about this service. Still have to WAIT (longer than their 8 minute claim btw) and take a shuttle to the airport. When coming back still a long wait for a shuttle to pick you up from the terminal. Upon arriving at the pick up spot, your car is left in a parking lot "near the door" where you're expected to just know that the key is inside and the car is unlocked. Not sure why it's called "valet" or why I paid extra for the service.

After I got to my car I noticed they didn't put my discount on the price. Went back in and was told nobody there could fix it and I'd have to email their head office. We'll see how that goes.
