  Great dining experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant was bit noisy when we first arrived because of a large group of diners right beside our table. We ordered burgers, steaks and fish. My ahi tuna steak was seasoned and seared well and beautifully presented. Salad was fresh and crispy. Waiter was attentive and polite. Overall a really nice dining experience.

  Overall the food is very good. We went there for a birthday party of 15 people and everyone loved the food they had. However, I had the stake and it was a little tougher than other stakes of the same price range. But I had a very good experience there non the less. The staff I must say are very friendly and caring. They also have a great ambient in the restaurant.

  I dined at Chop Steakhouse on February 2, 2018. I was a little hesitant to try this new steakhouse as I am regular patron at the Keg Steakhouse, however Chop exceeded my expectations. I was seated quickly and greeted by my server. I believe his name was Ahmed and could tell that he was really trying to make this dining experience a positive one. I explained to him by dietary restrictions and he had many suggestions to accommodate for these requests. He was knowledgeable about wine selection, which is something I would not expect from a younger server.

  Food is good. Specialty is prime rib, and their prime rib is amazing. Service was good. Decent wine list. Environment is energetic and trendy, but not loud. Great for business or friend dinners. Could be a great date place, but not very intimate.

  All in all, I would definitely return to Chop Steakhouse. The modern décor and comfortable atmosphere are appealing to any generation. Coming from a service industry myself, I know that it’s not always about the quality of the product that gets customers to return, but moreover the experience of visiting the establishment that creates a lasting positive impression.

  I wasn't going to write this review but felt it was necessary after this experience. My partner and I had decided to get the valentines special and both order the filet Mignon for our main course. Upon arrival we noticed this sauce beneath it. We began eating and immediately realized it was BBQ sauce. This sauce was super salty and ruined our whole experience with our main dish. In the menu it does not state there is any sauce included with the meal. Even if there was this should have been provided on the side. Our meal was ruined. Besides that, our waitress definitely gave the bigger tables more attention and only came over to us once throughout our meal not even refilling our waters until the very end once we were paying.
