  Well you get what you pay for at a motel. The elevator smelled like pee, might be a one off but use the stairs. The place was quiet and had a thermostat. The sheets were tolerably clean. Check in was easy and stress free. Check out was a hassle. Horse cleaning lady was rude and so was the front desk checkout. Maybe just a bad day for them.

  I booked a few days before my stay. I requested a top floor away from the elevator. Instead I was given a 2nd floor room midway down the hall. There were hardly any cars outside. I did not argue the situation. I was too tired.

  As my wife and I were trying to get to sleep, we noticed that we could hear the traffic from the highway as it was beside it. I tried to see if the windows were closed. They were. But not sealed enough. We ended up not being able to sleep. This was not what we were looking forward to as we had to work the next day.

  Rooms should have microwave and coffee maker. Chairs with cushion on it would be nice. Free coffee at the front desk, which was available in the morning, should be available in the evening as well. Half&half or cream should have been provided with the coffee, at the front desk, instead of just powder whitener. Staff wanted to get me in a room without a fridge and asked $5 per day for a fridge saying that he couldn't find the mention of a fridge in my booking documentation. Later when I showed dissatisfaction, he upgraded me to a room with a fridge without asking for that $5 extra. For the price I paid, room should have included a fridge anyway.

  We had problems before with your chain: AC not working all night so we were not able to sleep either. Sleep is not something you can recover especially if you have to work the next day. We are not very happy at all.

  Not a bad place to stay if you came unprepared, or you don't need fancy hotel amenities. Be realistic when staying here it is a motel. But one of the better options (at this mississauga location) when choosing a inexpensive place to rest. Other than that bed and bathroom were clean, there were a few noisy guest in other rooms but still a good place to stay. Also don't be surprised when you smell smoke from the rooms because this motel allows smoking and pets. Which was fine for us.

  I had a great experience here, the staff was very nice, accommodating, made me feel comfortable!rooms were clean! Pleasant, and the staff at front desk were great! And on the 3rd floor, there's a cleaning/housekeeping lady, she was very nice! Helpful, she did a great! Job, short hair, thanks so much! I would come back, just because of the staff alone!
