  Bus drivers do not look for people. It was -20 and 10:40pm. I was right beside the door, the bus drove off and didn't even think of opening the doors for me. He also looked at me and shook his head. Rude and unreliable!

  They have the worse drivers! I had an incident on the bus and it was totally the drivers fault cause she was there chatting to her fren and was so distracted! I've been facing alot of body aches and all cause of them! I was even spat on while driving on the bus and can u imagine the transit did not even try to give the camera to the police cause the police or no one contacted me about the situation I feel like because I'm black they don't care!!!!! Plus most of the drives are rude! I have alot of bad experiences. .....

  too expensive. bus stops too far from each other in some areas. sometimes the driver is too early, sometimes too late. but they are on time in general. bus generally crowned during rush hours

  Bus drivers are rude as hell and not at all helpful. I've had more than one of them get incredibly sassy with me and say something rude and unnecessary. A few of them have a habit of closing the doors and driving off even if you're standing right in front of the doors. There have been many times when my experiences with this transit system and their bus drivers have ruined my morning. Train your drivers in customer service please, they could really use it because most of them act very rude and ignorant. It's not fair for passengers to be paying money to get somewhere and all they end up with is a bus driver that insults them or doesn't care about their job. This is ridiculous.
