  I wanted to place an order for a very small item and was met with an outrageous shipping charge. I called the store to seek assistance with getting a more reasonable rate and was told the fee was the fee. Only to be contacted via email later and asked to call back so they could sort the issue out.

  I gave them the benefit, called, they offered to ship for free, I provided my credit card to pay for the item (3/16” x 1 meter Felt wick) and received the package a few days later only to discover that they sent the wrong size ( 1”) and that I would be expected to return the incorrectly shipped item at my expense.
