  Walked in and helped myself to a $640 toolkit, left it by the front counter to purchase. While looking at some other power tools, not one person behind the counter (4 of them) asked if I needed help or assistance in the 20 minutes I stood there. Keep talking about beer league hockey behind the counter folks, you lost a thousand dollar purchase. Ended up walking out. Found equal pricing compared to other stores. Waste of time.

  A very rude and unprofessional cashier to receive and serve you! The guy who looks like a biker in a hardware store., with medium built and beard. Absolutely no smile or fake smirk. To you all out there who want to spend your hard earned money and especially those who are real tradesmen, do not bother to go to this place and spent your money, unless you really have no choice. Driving from a far distance to the store, and then you are served by a complete jerk. Read the comments first, use your own judgement and proceed. My experience there could be isolated or a norm, but I can not get over with the whole ordeal. I will take my business to other places!

  I ordered a Dewalt tracksaw kit with both 59" and 100" tracks, shipping was free, which was surprising for an oversize package. As advertised it showed up at my house on Tuesday morning shipped by Purolator.

  This is my go to any time I need to buy tools. I'm very thorough in my research with all my purchases and time and time again, Mississauga Hardware is where I end up shopping. They always have the best price and amazing customer service (I always have a bunch of questiions since most purchases are for my husband). It's obvious the staff really know their stuff! Oh, and online orders are so fast and easy! Great prices, knowledgeable staff, and prompt service- can't ask for more.
