  Came here at noon. Friendly, helpful staff and cashiers. I was greeted twice when I walked in. That's important.

  I love this place for clothes. It has aesthetic things that you don't find in most stores like Simons or Sportchek. I love their selection of CK, TH and JC. I think that the store has a good vibe and their phone cases are really nice. They have a lot of fun things you would see in stores like Indigo or Chapters. Their selection of records are really good with the newest artists or your old faves. They have a photo booth and a lot of good things that are affordable. Phone cases here can be pricey but they are worth it, they also have portable chargers and celebration cards. Their UO home section is definitely nice and tidy. I like their random selection of items like books on stuff you wouldn't find! I absolutely love shopping here and would recommend to a friend. The workers here thankfully do not annoy you with ''Can I help you?'' but with a warm smile or answer your questions if you need help finding something. They are very chill and do not cause much problems. The cashiers are pretty quick as well. I rate this UO store a 5/5 because of it's excellent selection on clothes and the management/employees.
