  Amazing customer service from sales rep Hubert!. Lightening quick process in getting a new truck thanks to finance manager Ahmed! Both responded extremely fast to my requests and kept in touch every step of the way. Ahmed made buying a new truck easy and stress free. He got all the paper work ready before I arrived and the process was done in under an hour. My truck was ready to go home in only a few days. Hubert was also super professional. Showing me all of the trucks functions and ensuring I was happy. His enthusiasm and quick responses make you feel like your part of the family.

  *Tip for anyone getting service at any shop before complaining* Understand the work being done for your vehicle, ask any and all questions on your mind, if you don't know what parts they are referring to google it, ask prices for everything, ask to be kept in the loop, ensure the work being done is in writting, keep records and have due diligence.

  Dealt with Ahmed at Go Auto Dodge and he was great! Did his magic and was able to get me a lower interest rate than I had previously. Now I am driving a brand new Dodge Journey which he delivered to me as I was unable to get there to pick it up.   Took my van in for a repair and I dealt with Iggy at the Service Desk. He was very professional and honoured his quote from a couple weeks back. Vehicle was repaired with no issue, there was a chance of needing another part and he called asking for my permission to order said part but luckily it wasn't needed. Even though my repair cost was small they still did it right away and with free shuttle to and from my workplace 15 minutes away. They also gave me a discount card for services and applied it right away.
