  This is one of my favourite chapters that I visit. If your commuting through Square One via miway or GO transit this chapter is located in a very accessible location. This is a fairly large chapters with a large selection of books and gifts. This is one of my favourite locations to browse books when in between transit stops, and occasionally buy one.

  Good location parking is hell around here. The go buses station is just across the street and you end up having students coming through a lot especially the Starbucks attached. But I love books and magazines ... I do have a Chapters member card which saves me 10% on some purchases. All in all I like the location but could do without the parking

  Nice little book store inside a busy shopping centre. You can find a lot there and if not then go out to the big indigo few blocks away. Friendly service

  Love this Chapters! Line-ups were not that bad, not crowded, staff were friendly. The only thing I would recommend would be maybe a few sitting chairs to sit and review books prior to buying them. Otherwise it’s a great store.

  The staff here has always been awesome! And I hope it never changes. I have fond memories of this building because my best friends worked at this location & 15 years later, the staff they train are still friendly & super informative! I cannot Thank You again for clearing up a mixup promptly & smoothly.Great job on management!
