  Foods always good at this location. they are always very accommodating to my three young children. Service is typically good accept for this one waitress who clearly doesn't like her job.

  This Jack Astor's location is the best by far - and I've been to plenty of others in the past. My girlfriend and I are regulars here thanks to the fantastic food, service, and ambience.

  Worst experience ever! We had NO SERVICE other than being seated at a table!! And if you like to have a little bit of personal space between your table and the table beside you -- no such luck!! My chair was touching the chair behind me!!

  We sat at our table for over 30 minutes! In that time frame, I asked one waitress as well as the hostess -- who was our server?? Still no one came!!!! We got up and left. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

  A big draw was their Half-priced apps on weeknights after 9 pm, but sadly they have gotten rid of that promotion so we can't come in as often as we used to. Please bring it back!

  I had an unpleasant time at this location, the waiter today was HORRIBLE she was DISRESPECTFUL & gave no attention to our table, the waiteress serving us DANI was unapproachable, she had so much attitude & wouldn't even come to give us water, the only time she came to the table was for the bill. Knowing how horrible her service was we NONE of my friends tipped her, and after everyone of us paid she would slam the credit card machine. When me and my friends talked to the manager she defended her and was not understanding, this location does not know how to approach their customers & I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO AT ALL!! It was a terrible experience .

  I had my birthday party here with ~10 guests and we had 2/3 servers. They all took care of us and made sure we were well taken care of. I love Jack Astor’s and their food. Price is great and food is delish. Thank you!
