  Had a wonderful experience at this location. Staff were kind, informative and worked hard to find me the best deal for my trip. Regine, the travel agent that helped me, managed to save me $800 by booking with them! Will definitely go back for my next vacation :)

  Just had an amazing experience working with Aaron! Was working with another company before him but I needed more help than what my agent was able to offer so I looked to Aaron. We had a million emails back and forth with me telling him my travel problems and asking many, MANY questions and him working to find the solution to everything. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and responded quickly. He answered everything and more with lots of detail for me to understand. When he didn’t know the answer, he made sure to ask and confirm before getting back to me. He is very enthusiastic about his job and even when he was not at work, he still tried to help me out! He also helped me get a better deal for my friend than what I was getting with an agent I was working with at another company. I really wish I had talked to him first before booking my bigger group with the other agent! I won’t be making that mistake again! Thanks Aaron =)

  We had a great experience with Flight Center. Regine was awesome - answered all our questions and put together a vacation package for us that we thought wouldn't be possible! She even honoured our price match. We will definitely book with her again!!

  This is my third time using this location and I must say that I'm not happy with their service. On two occasions I found a better price by simply googling a flight than they were providing. Additionally, the average time spent here is far from accurate. If you're looking to book a vacation, expect to spend at least an hour here (I was here for an hour and a half during one visit). This doesn't include the time spent actually waiting for someone to help you. That can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. If you do communicate by email, depending on who is helping you, you may get a response days later or not at all. I can't say that the service I received is indicative of all staff there, since I only dealt with three people. I suggest doing your own research online before making a visit.

  This is my first time booking with flight center, let alone a human. My partner an I wanted a hastle free and budget friendly gateway and boy did we get it! Regine was our agent and she was with us every step of the way. I worked late most of the month and she was patient enough to contact us later in the evening to finalize our trip. She gave us amazing suggestions and really kept our budget in mind. Now my partner and I will be headed to an 4 star resort in the Dominican all booked with all the information gathered for us at an affordable price. I won’t be booking online anymore! I’m booking with Regine at Flight Center for my next big trip!! It’s amazing what great travel insight these guys have! 10/10 would recommend
