  Like the other reviewers said... Customer service here is terrible! The sales associates do not seem interested in working there and are really not friendly. Quite grumpy infact. No one comes to offer assistance and look annoyed when asking to bring in different sizes. There's also "25%" sale marked everywhere but only very few items really are on sale.

  Every time I go in I'm never disappointed, staff is well educated with their products especially shoe care! Went in to see what I can do for my stained suede tan boots and walked out with shoes looking brand new and goodies to keep them looking new.

  Poor customer service at the Square One outlet of Steve Madden. The sales lady knew that I was about to buy a pair of expensive shoes that was bigger than my regular size. Instead of offering me any discount on the insole I was ready to use on the $160 shoes, or even talking politely, she remained rude and adament that I had to pay for the insole if I wanted to buy the shoes. It wasn't a matter of the $12 that I would've had to pay extra for the insole, it was the attitude of the sales lady that I decided to go to any other store to buy the shoes that I wanted.

  Customer service is really lacking. Employees look frustrated when you ask them to get a size for you. Sales staff is weak at best
