  I came in just before closing hour (5 min.) and the customer assistant greeted me in a rude way, saying: "we are closing, can I show you the way out?" Instead of asking whether if I need help with something. This is unacceptable even if the store is about to close. Also kicking people out 5 min before closing is not good. They should learn customer service skills!!!

  I love wearing Ann Taylor clothes. Actually I only wear this brand for my work. But there service is horrible. This time I went to store with my 6 year old son. He fall down at the store and started crying. While I was trying to keep him calm, one sales associate came and said rudely, "what's going on". Other came and stand behind me. I left the store immediately. I am surprised these people are so cold hearted. I wonder if Ann Taylor don't pay them well or don't train them well. This is a basic instinct to ask or offer help when someone in need.

  Lazy sales clerk...I ask for a size xs pair of pants. She told me she didn't have any left. I asked her to check the one on the mannequin and she said it was hard to get to. It wasn't, she just couldn't be bothered. The store wasn't even busy!

  The clothes themselves are really nice and are of pretty high quality, my wife loves to wear it. While the service might be a little spotty, they're training new employees especially since the kids went back to school. Hopefully they train the new kids will, the manager was really nice!
