  Different areas of the restaraunt. Also, they can’t find your order by name and you must give them your order number over and over at every step. There was nothing about this place that made me want to come back. Nothing nice, full of negatives. I seriously wonder how they’ve become such a big chain. We seriously need better food.

  The food is good, the service is OK. While some servers are very attentive and some not all. After requesting an item, if I have to remind them twice, it is really annoying. And the way the ordering is done, you have already left a fairly good tip even before you are served your food! Note to self: Carry cash and tip after the meal is done.

  Limited choices for Vegans and Vegetarians. For a large chain they should do something. At the end of the day when you get a falafel sandwich for almost double the price than normal walk in QSRs nearby. I sometimes wonder if it is worth specially if you don’t good service.

  Great atmosphere. Food was amazing. Manager was quick to serve and made everyone comfortable. Would definitely come back again.

  I love the food. Great place to bring the family. It has a play place and prayer room. They have a soundtrack for birthday request. Really a nice atmosphere.

  Horrible customer service. Okay priced but horrible food. I have medium rare steak so I don’t mind pink but their beef was raw, hard and basically inedible. They treat you horribly, like you work for them. Ask you to go around to pay and pick up your food from

  This is my first time eating Middle Eastern Food. It was fresh garlicky and extremely wholesome. I loved the salad, the meats and the breads. The staff is kind and pleasant and the food is served quickly and efficiently. If youre a fan of fast food, but you want it fresh, clean, quick and healthy. This is all you should be eating. It feels like someones home.
