  I had never hired a plumber before. Todd was patient and thorough. He explained everything well and never seemed to mind when I interrupted his work to ask him a question. I will certainly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. One more thing: Give Todd a raise!

  My friend recommended MR Rooter to me and told me he used its service 3 years ago from St Catherine’s division. He also told me he had the same issue like what I described and I could only spend around $150 in total to solve the problem. However I was so surprised that I spent $498 in total paying for MR Rooter's service. Actually, all job was finished in one hour (including estimate and answer my questions, take the snake tool down, work on snaking, etc. Meanwhile, when Plumber came, he did not need to do any inspection because before he came, I had open the basement drain’s cap and pointed out the water could not drain quickly in the 4” pipe ), so I don’t think this price is reasonable. I feel regretted because I did not call other companies to come to compare the price before I hired Mr Rooter .

  All the three Mr. Rooter people contacted were very kind and you feel even over the phone that they are totally willing to understand what is happening and trying to do their best to help you, despite I called the company at 11pm yesterday!

  Eric was amazing! He got to the "root" of the problem very efficiently. His customer service skills are impeccable; he was knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and gave us some excellent tips on how to prevent clogged pipes going forward. He is a wonderful representative for the Streetsville Mr. Rooter location. We will certainly recommend Mr. Rooter and Eric to others! Thank you very much!

  I have had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers in the past but Mr. Rooter is different. I called the office and the dispatcher was very polite. She said that a technician will arrive within the hour. Shortly after Paul arrived. He was very polite and took his time to listen to all my questions and understand my situation. I liked how he gave me a few options from good to best. The prices are reasonable and his work backed it up! Paul did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Mr. Rooter, I will definitely be using you again and recommending it to everyone I know.
