  Had to stop by their warehouse to pick up something. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The facility there is not open to the public but I had to go there for a very specific reason related to some previous service.

  I bought a washing machine from home depot. Mackie was the company who delivered it. They broke the lines and fittings trying to install a simple washing machine causing water to leak into my basement. And denied it by saying the house is old as well as the fittings. My house is not even 10 years old. These are despicable, heartless, people who don't care about other people and don't take responsibility for there actions. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

  I was driving to work this morning and one of the driver's of this company almost caused a three car collision on the 404 newmarket highway, next to Sheppard Ave exit. The driver was driving truck number 4203. also the driver just looked and me and drove off!

  Got two guys to pickup old washing machine out of the basement, they dropped machine from trid step , falling on top of humidifier, breaking it, then machine tipped upside down and all stinky wather had leaked on new carpet. Had a driver blaming me that was my fault and why water leaked out. Then once I removed carpet while he was here I have seen a hole in a floor . I havent heard from their incurance yet. Worst service ever.
