  The front desk staff were friendly and curtious. The lobby dining area was clean and comfortable. The room's bathroom was a bit dated though and is in need of sprucing up. The HVAC unit was noisy and kept me up for most of the night.

  Rooms are well cared for and clean. Staff are great to interact with and ensure your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast included is pretty good.

  Great service overall, need a bit facelift. Very professional staff and helped beyond their way. Breakfast was good many varieties specially the breads n waffles.

  Standard Hampton Inn. I will not recommend staying there. There has been strange inquiries about my credit card both times. The first time was a phone call after checking in stating something went wrong and they wanted me to give them my card info over the phone. I told them I would come down to the front desk and see what was needed. The front desk claimed not to know anything about it. I believed them and booked a second time. At this check in the front desk made a hard copy of my credit card which they did not do 2 weeks prior. I ask to see the hard copy and ripped it up and kept it. Then I told them they are not getting a hard copy and if they want me to go to some other hotel I would. I also reported them to Hilton management.

  I would have given this hotel a 3 star rating. I unfortunately left my dual hi power phone charger in the room. I called back the same night that I checked out, to tell them of my property that I forgotten. They said they would go check that night but they never called back. The next day I called in again and they said they would check with housekeeping, later that day they called to say they couldn't find it. I'm truly disappointed in the hotels staff not sure that I'd stay in this hotel again.

  Location was quite easy to find with Google maps available. We checked in late but they were understanding. Convenient side door entrances from parking lot. There is only an outdoor seasonal pool, however they accommodated our visit and sent us to their sister hotel that had an indoor pool. Rooms tidy and clean. Free breakfast included waffles (make your own), oatmeal, fruit, pastries, cereal, toppings, etc. Coffee was pretty bad though.
