    I went to Bitter Sweet at Square One and had a great experience with Afsheen. I had to return something which was after “7 days” with a gift receipt and she did it without any problem since I had just gotten the gift. It was such a great experience that I would suggest this shop to anyone. But make sure to do the return or exchange as soon as possible and call before you go!

    Terrible customer service. They won't even replace an ear cuff that was purchased and broke within days... Citing wear and tear!! How can that be when I never had time to wear it!! You will never get my business again!
