  5) Not once in over the decade I was their client did they EVER offer to find me any cheaper insurance rates. In fact, my new broker I switched to immediately got me a rate 50% CHEAPER.

  1) I was not once, but twice not issued my proof of insurance pink slip, resulting in 2 tickets from police, ( with my insurance automatically withdrawn monthly )

  4) I gave Youngs Insurance Brokers ADVANCE notice of my cancellation, filled out the necessary paperwork BUT still they continued to withdraw funds from my account for 3 months AFTER CANCELLATION. I called them regarding this & they said it wasn't their problem.
