  I showed the manager flyers from Best Buy, Lowe's and Amazon all with the same sale price for the Ring Video Doorbell Pro $216.98 and she refused to price match.

  Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location and the manager. She refused to price match an item that was clearly identical and exact to the item that Best Buy had on sale right across the street.

  Home depot does claim and seems to have a very good price match policy. They will price match any item they carry plus give you an additional 10% off. This is however subjective to the managers discussion that the item is exact.

  3. We agreed on schedule for installation and delivery (I am also buying flooring), yet We receive a call every week to receive appliances and cabinets... there is no project coordinator here... maybe +20k is not good enough.

  2. Delivery and installation was supposed to be in December. Agreed on moved to January after we called to the store to follow up. Reason they did not have the cabinets yet. Really? Do we have to call?

  I have been generally pleased in the past with Home Deopot, especially this particular location. I shop here frequently and that is why I am giving them a 2 star rating and not a 1. Tonight was greatly disappointing.

  My family and I always shop in this Home Depot store. This Monday I was feeling just great after coming there. It is normal that employees are very attentive and always very helpful there. But that time one of them made me feeling real Canadian Christmas spirit despite it's still more than a month before Christmas. I asked for a spare box to protect the brittle item I wanted to buy which came without a box. And the gentleman could just rightfully say "I'm sorry but unfortunately I cannot help you :(..." or something like that. But not him! And after looking for a solution a while he found the one! And the idea of the solution was really brilliant! I'm so grateful to him for his help, of course, and even more for his desire to help! His name is James, as I could read on his badge. He literally made my day! Hope this review will be seen by the store management and the gentleman will be promoted as he definitely deserves. Thank you!
