  If you’re looking to train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or wrestling, Martin and Jamaal are amazing. Martin’s attention to detail is outstanding, best black belt I’ve trained under. Muay Thai training with Matt is good, functional fitness classes are great. If you're serious about boxing I’d train somewhere else.

  What a joke... don't take the brand gym as a gym in which you truly want to compete, they're looking for any average person that will buy into them. If you're looking to compete at high level, and looking for a supportive team, there is some amazing old school gyms in Toronto and a couple down in Mississauga

  I’ve trained at several gyms and dojos before and UFC Gym has the best trainers. I’ve been with them since they’ve opened.

  They almost killed my son. Stay away the owner does not care about safety or your children.

  I went in there looking to talk to an established coach, and he put me in a class, I obviously stood out as having the most talent (Not trying to boast), after I asked him during the class, I said so yeah I really want to train and compete and see what I can do. He then said I only train fighters who sign up for my weekly boxing classes, also if you're going to sign you have to do it through me (He gets commission) and you have to buy only his boxing gloves & equipment to fight.

  i have one of the best coach, Matt Ayuen has been so amazing and supportive he takes his time to coach you. I love working out at this gym

  I will recommend this gym but I will say try it first as always so the decision is yours not forced. You will make the same decision I believe.

  Friendly staff, clean gym. A bit on the pricier side but overall decent gym. Reasoning behind the low rating is the boxing coach isn't terrible, but you get the vibe that he is cash hungry which I really don't like. When I was younger I trained a for former professional and olympic boxer who said I have the potential to make it to the olympics, so believe me when I say I have potential in every aspect of combat sports, I just lost passion for it, now that i'm older I thought hey lets see what I can do.

  The equipment is designed for functional training but has virtually everything: muay thai bags, free weights, power rack, assisted dips/chins, sled, tires, and more.

  You pay month-to-month at UFC Gym, which is so much better compared to the 6-12 month contracts at other gyms.

  Roy the manager was exceptionally polite and nice. He gave us a tour, explained everything and made me make the decision to sign up based on the knowledge I received of the benefits of this location.

  My first class was well tailored to my needs. I felt the strength, the fat burn and muscle conditioning in my body for days afterwards.
