  Have no idea in this day and age how businesses are not paying attention to the customer service aspect.

  Lacking on the cleanliness of it. Not so much the cleaners, just the people using the gym are inconsiderate. Gym set up and overall facility, equipment are good. Staff are meh, not the most friendliest. Just too many.... kids. There's a personal training section, 3 lanes pool, women's section, studio and a basketball/ vball court. I wished the court want all dedicated to basketball ALL THE TIME.

  Well to begin the place is always overcrowded, toilets and showers are not maintained properly, the sales and desk agents are all about chatting and socializing than helping guests. Staff have never taken suggestions for the women's only section for kettle balls and weigths and the ellipticals are never balanced. Machines are always taken

  No point in having staff at the front desk just install some AI robots.

  Being a member at LA fitness is great until you realize the lack of security every NEW facility has. Recently, someone broke into my locker and took all my stuff including my lock! I understand I wrote in the agreement that they're not responsible for any lost/stolen articles but for a successful gym franchise, they should've installed cameras before they opened! Of course at that point there's not much they could do but still. Things would've eased my mind easier if they had security cameras. So please have a safe, unbreakable lock and beware of others trying to steal. You may never know who's capable of doing so. Other than that, it's not a bad gym

  I am a member here. Most of the staff is great and helpful. They just need to be a bit more helpful by providing a walk through of all the machines to new comers to the gym.

  Staff members mostly just literally give you blank stares as soon as you walk in to scan your card. Greeting the members seems like a heavy task for the staff to perform.

  The gym equipment overall is okay and average. Customer service, to be honest with you is poor.

  People don't use the pool for lane swims instead they play around and make noise but staff don't do anything about it. I think the Dixie location is better but this is just my opinion.
