  This store has excellent customer service. It was my first time going to Urban Barn and loved it. My boyfriend and I fell in love with a cookie jar but it had a scratch on it. We asked if they had any in the back, but they didn't. We were told they will be getting more on January 9, 2018 and can put one on hold if we pay for it. We paid and were told we will get a phone call when the cookie jar was in. However, I realized on January 11 that I haven’t received a phone call and decided to go to the store to check. They had the cookie jar and did not apologize for not calling. Overall, the store is clean and great customer service. But they should be on top of pre-orders, especially because I paid for it already.

  Great customer service experience with this location! They were not only great when we went in to purchase, but were also very helpful when we had a mix up with the delivery department. Very attentive to what happened, polite in how they responded, and quick to problem solve for us. The furniture is beautiful and we are hoping the pieces last the test of time :)

  I love to visit the store in Mississauga! The staff is wonderful...helpful, friendly and fun! They even remember my name when I visit (I must spend too much time there!) The item I was looking for was not on the floor but it was no trouble for them to get it in the back room. Every time I do visit, the store has something new to see and it is always so beautifully arranged. This is my favourite place to visit.
