  Great place and friendly staff! They sell tons of stuff (ex. Beds, desks, office chairs, pillows, candles, wall arts, mirrors, storage bins, kitchen tools, bath mats, tables, tv stands, bins, shower curtains, beds sheets, coat hangers and many more). Great prices and worth coming back!

  Pathetic service for the deliveries, no ETA and most of the times big items are not available right away. Following up is another headache as their front desk transfers call and you are listening boring music for long time.

  I needed a part for an office chair I bough a few months ago. The department manager, Walter, was eager to help me and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service on Walter's part, and excellent return policy on Jysk's part. I'm a solid customer for life.

  Hard to find an employee for help. Paying at cash took forever! They really should make sure to service the customer instead of focusing on other stuff. I'm not a big fan of the store anyways. Probably wouldn't come back

  I purchased a few items (Bed, Side Tables and Dresser) from the store. We confirmed the color of the bed and purchased the Dresser and the Side Tables of a different line but in the similar color. But when we reached home the bed was of a different color from the one that we had been confirmed. Additionally, they seem to have missed giving us the Slats for the bed so my bed is still incomplete...... not a happy customer
