  Always exceptional flowers. I have been using Carisma florist almost 15 years now, as well as family and friends. I always get wonderful compliments! Today I actually had 2 arrangements sent to my home to take with me to the funeral home because it was out of their delivery zone. I did not want any other flower shop ! Flowers are expensive no matter where you shop, but it's the quantity, beauty and arrangement that makes it so rewarding. Trisha was fantastic and helped me with all the arrangements. Thank you Carisma for another great arrangement!

  Charisma was amazing to work with! They did my wedding flowers for a rustic farm wedding in Hamilton and worked with me while I planned everything from BC. They were very knowledgeable on flower and greenery types and flexible in creating exactly what we wanted. I couldn't have asked for more - they came and set everything up for us day of and, not having seen the final product until the day of, we couldn't have been happier with the beautiful arrangements that they created for us!

  I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who was having a really rough morning/day so I decided to try and make her feel better by sending a little thought. I placed the order at 9:15AM and it was going no more than a 15 min drive away. Keep in mind I ordered on a Thursday of a random not busy week... I called 3 times to follow up to see if they were delivered, with the last call being 3:00pm and she said it would take another 20 minutes until delivery. There goes brightening my girlfriend's day. Person on the phone said she was sorry it was put on a deliver truck that was delivering outside of Mississauga. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.
