  If I could give 0 stars I would. Lie after lie after getting transferred from one guy to the next. Between this location and the Brampton location I've been trying to get my tv with full warranty fixed for the last 4 months.... yes 4 months..... I bought a extended fix at your house or we replace warranty and wish I hadn't. I've had everything from being given five different numbers and names to talk to finally to being hung up on twice today. Guess I'll be seeing if head office is any more luck or just giving up. DO NOT buy your tv here

  They really have the knowledge about any product they sell. I picked up two subwoofers and was there about an hour trying to decide my options. No rush tactics at all.

  I wish i could give these guys 6 out of 5 stars. AI have not been to an electronics store like this before. You just say the price u can afford and they will fit in the best possible deal in it. A very professional and friendly group of people who know about their stuff....which is very rare to find these days.. i have already recommended this place to my friends who will definitely buy from here in future. It has been a very pleasant experience purchasing from them.

  GTA consumer electronics customers for a long time is the fact that we now have an excellent and in my opinion far superior option to Best Buy. Michael H who runs the Heartland store is a rockstar!
