  We have used Mr. Electric 3 times to correct problems in the wiring caused by the original owners. Each time the electrician has been friendly, listens to our input, and takes the time to explain what the problem was and how it will be corrected.The problems have been fixed the first itme (no need for a second visit). Cleanup was done completely after the job was finished.

  I found Mr. Electric extremely professional and efficient. They responded to my call immediately, booked a firm time for the appointment, follow up with an email that provided the name and photograph of the technician who was going to do the work. Devin, the electrician who came, was very professional and explained everything he did. I am very impressed with both the companies customer service and Devin's skills. Will definitely use Mr Electric again and will also recommend the company to friends!

  I was disappointed by the service of this company despite having an amazing experience with their sister company (Mr. Rooters). I called to schedule an estimate on electrical work to bring a basement apartment up to the electrical code. The electrician arrived on scene and was very polite. However, I was provided the wrong estimate multiple times. To make things worse, after the estimate visit was completed, I was informed that I have to report the basement apartment to the Electrical Safety Authority or the company would report it. I was never informed of this on the call when I spoke to them about my situation. To top it off, I had to make this call only 5 hours before my flight out of the country, which as you can imagine but my day into disarray. I did not appreciate the lack of information/transparency from the company as it made my day a mess. A clear and transparent approach might have made me choose them, however, I picked a different competitor to get the work done.

  The technician Adrian was amazing: very polite, attentive and not only listened to all my concerns but educated me about the work to be done. He did a thorough study of my installation needs and provided feedback on all aspects of the quote. For every problem he found a solution. Not only he did a great installation but made sure everything was up to code and ready for inspection. Thank you for a wonderful exquisite professional job. Thanks to you my new EV arrived and I had no worries regarding having a full charged car for my working day.
