  Doctor Beard is great. I went in for a normal check up and he was really knowledgeable.

  However, it is easier to win the lottery than it is to get through to their office by phone. The office is open for 3 days a week and their phone system does not have an answering machine. During the times they are open, the work phone is busy consistently. I sat there during my lunch redialing their number, and at the end of the lunch hour there was still a busy tone. Thats me calling every second and still not getting through after an hour of trying.

  Horrible horrible front staff. Not only do they not pick up the phone, ever, but you can’t even leave a voicemail!!! They were supposed to call me to tell me when the date of my surgery will be and no response.

  Its taking me a year and a half to write this post. I came in for my regular ear cleaning and Dr Beard noticed a lump on my throat , my family Dr was on holidays and Dr Beard checked my throat and said we need to do a biopsy right away. with in 3 days Dr Beard had me in the hospital . I had Cancer at the base of the tongue , it still scares me just to say the word Cancer today.The hospital said I was lucky the Doctor caught it and acted as quickly as he did. if it would of progressed another month or two it may not have been treatable. Dr Beard saved my life and my wife and three daughters and I will forever be grateful to this Great Doctor and Gentleman. James G

  I had a throat surgery because I had difficulty berating and the doctor was thinking that it was tonsils after removing them it didnt fix the problem, I had to see the doctor several times and he tries to escape, he sent me to sleep clinic back and forth, maybe they are trying to do business on me instead of doing a sugery again and remove the tissue.

  That is such a lack of respect for your patients time.....The only time the phone starts working is after they are closed.

  It is for a matter they called me, over a billing issue and them having the wrong code.
