  The Bay has quality products. Not the best prices but if you want great quality that's the place to go. They also have great sales if you're looking for a deal.

  Every time you feel that you need to back to this shoping center..there are alot of goods there with nice prices and A quiet place to shop with a variety of children's clothing, women's clothing and men's clothing, which is diverse and suitable for all occasions and times in summer and winter outside and inside the house .. day and night

  Good department store. I wanted to buy a tie as a gift but was surprised that they neither have boxes or wrapping service (free or paid).

  I was yelled at because I was going into the fitting room. This is because the woman who should be in charge of the fitting room was at the cash but instead of approaching it with class & decorum, she just hollers and orders me to bring back my items. Even if u engage the cashiers they are bored or treat you rudely if u’re not all dressed up. Good luck keeping up with these times. Customer service was all you had & now it’s like going to Sears.

  As the saying goes "One bad apple spoils the whole bunch". This saying rings true for my shopping experiences at this location with an associate in the jewellery department named Diane or Diana. Extremely rude!!! Because of her actions I will not return to this location of the Bay. I will take my hard earned money and spend it at an establishment where I am attended to in the proper manner.
