  Never again. How a rental car company forgot to give back our driving license? and what kind of responsibility not to call us even when they already found out they have it? That's just a joke for me. They shouldn't put the information they are working on Sundays. Flight time can always change, so time to return the car can always change too. We were waiting in front of office for two hours, finding all the possible way to contact them. They attached A4 paper on the door that they are picking up the customer so it will take 15 min, which is lie. The only number they wrote down is OFFICE number. What kind of nonsense is it to put the office number when the office is empty? and the only one number has full voice mail box?

  I'm never again going to rent a car with your company. First of all, the car was unclean. There was dirt everywhere (the dash, cup holder and console). The car was running fine until it started snowing in Toronto. The car got stuck twice on the road. There was no traction as I was driving on the highway. All this happened because of the cheap Chinese tires that your car had. I work for a tire company in Canada and have never heard this tire company. When I returned the car on Monday, I told Ryan (Counter Staff) about my experience. To which he said rental companies don't want to invest in good tires as they are expensive. He then questioned my driving by saying,"I drive a 1999 Honda Civic and have had no problems. You don't know how to drive". This is absolutely nonsense. You can get a good set of tires for $200. Ryan was so rude and unapologetic. Questioning my driving experience? Is this how you treat your customers? Totally uncalled for. Ryan attitude sucks. Worst experience of my life. Never again am I recommending your company to family and friends.

  Don’t rent any car from them. Yes all the vehicles not clean very dirty I never seen before like this rental companies. So bad don't go stay away from them please don’t waste your money!!!! Stay away from them! Worst place!! They would take $500 to $1000 deposit from you (against their corporate policy) and would never return. They steeling money.

  We had to go to airport with this car in order to register our luggage and all, we had to pay the parking fee in airport ofc, we had to come back to this office again, hoping they are finally working. There is not even mail box (which all the other rental car has by the way) to put the keys in front of the office. That means they really have to see us in person and get the key from us in person. And voila, they are NOT working. NO SINGLE WAY to contact. Especially, they have our driving license. This company completely ruined our last part of the trip. This company is simply so irresponsible. They MUST NOT run car rental business.

  PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD SIX MONTHS AFTER RETURNING ONE OF THEIR APPAULING CARS THAT ARE NOT FIT TO BE SEEN ON THE ROAD.THEY HAVE JUST TAKEN A SECOND VERY LARGE SUM FROM MY CARD ACCOUNT EIGHT MONTHS AFTER RETURNING THEIR HEAP OF JUNK ON FOUR WHEELS.AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOUR BANK HAS A PRO-ACTIVE LEGAL DEPARTMENT-YOU WILL NEED THEM!!!Greatly appreciated if the new owners can explain if the employees who tried to steal money from my account are now in prison!! Pity you have to give 1 star to comment about this company-the grade should be -10!!

  Looks like it is an international company with developed fraud system. Should not last for a long because they are getting away ripping off tourists. No branches that would serve local people. For sure they are fraudsters.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I still trying to get my $500 back now it has been more than 5 months still no answer!!!!!....
