  I had an opportunity to rent a car from this location for first time on Jan 26' 17 for work reasons. Eric (Branch Manager) was just awesome. I regularly rent from different ECAR offices and other brands for work and always make it a point to go back where customer service is the BEST. Eric's approach in running the business certainly falls in that category. It is not even a month since my first rental and I've already rented thrice (in a month) from this location and will continue to do so.

  Erickson at the Joymar location is a great representative. He always exceeds my expectations and makes my car rental experiences smooth. Very sharp dresser too!
