  Returning the car was easy as well. An agent directed me where to park, scanned the code on the vehicle and generated a receipt on the spot for exactly the quoted amount.

  Quick and easy. You pay a premium to pick up/drop off at the airport but that’s pretty standard. They didn’t have my requested size available so they gave me a free upgrade. The car was clean (except for a half-consumed bottle of water in the console) and checking out was efficient. I completed my profile online so that sped things up even further.

  Overall, one of the most positive car rental experiences. Bonus that they were cheaper than the other guys that operate out of the airport terminal. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

  One of the best car rental experiences I have had. It was last minute, but Alamo hooked me up with a great deal. I would encourage anyone to enroll in their club/membership program. It is worth the sign up as it is free and comes with a ton of benefits. The service counter was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was easy and stress free.

  I previously wrote that: "One star is too many for this rental car office. I cannot recommend Alamo to anyone...don't leave anything in the vehicle because you will never see it again, even if it is a key that you attached to the ring with the vehicle key and fob for safe keeping during your rental period; not sure why they even have a lost and found." but it turns out that Alamo just needed more time to find my keys and have now contacted me that they have found them, so I am Alamo all the way again!

  Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Rental rate was reasonable. This is my second rental from Alamo and Will not hesitate to rent from Alamo again.

  Check-in was trouble-free except for the getting the vehicle we wanted. The first vehicle was not to our satisfaction and the second had an ongoing buzzing alarm. Alamo was very pleasant and accommodating during the whole return and check out process. Returning the vehicle was quick and methodically done.

  We have used their services on various trips via Costco. Never had any issues with picking up or dropping off at the airport. The vehicle's have always been clean and well maintained. Staff have always been friendly and polite. Cost per rental via Costco membership have always been cheaper than the competition.
