    Our sales person was Max. He was awesome! He's friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you to get a great deal. If you're in the market for a great vehicle, make sure to stop by Dixie Ford! They'll hook you up nice!

    Place was still under renovations but it looks like it will be a nice dealership. Young sales man I spoke to was great. He knew I was really only interested in obtaining information for a future purchase and he knew that I don't live close by. He took the time to lend a hand and I almost consider coming back to purchase. Less a star because the washroom, although is modern looking, was a complete disaster, a bit huge no-no

    Purchased a brand new 2017 Escape 2 months ago and had a great experience with the Salesman (Richard Bradley). Recently took it to the service department and had a horrible experience. No communication with me by anyone there to let me know what was happening with my vehicle while I waited on site for 5 hours.

    We looked around for the best deal we could get for a mid size car and they had it! Our salesperson was Kam (info in photo) and she was kind, thorough & funny to boot. Our 2017 Fusion SE is great so far & we're glad we went over that way to check it out (as there are other dealerships closer to us). I would get in on the sale they have until the end of Feb!

    Until the end, they were very mean. They were looking at me like it was my fault and were making me feel very bad. They didn't even showed me the car when the job was done to take a look around. It hurts when people think you are an idiot.

    Very soon after posting my initial comments (see paragraph below) I was contacted by the service department and was given sincere apologies and more importantly was assured that the shortcomings in their service that I had experienced were being addressed and improvements being made. I have since, very recently, returned there for service and had an excellent experience. All of the staff I encountered made me feel special and the turnaround time on dealing with my vehicle was impressive. Well done folks!! 5 star rating is well deserved!!!

    Rob came back after to tell me that they did not understand but in fact they were all four in the "business"! Congratulations guys, good job on acting!

    First, I went five weeks ago (right after I bought the car) to explain the problem. They told me to take an appointment to take some pictures (they needed to be sent and approved by Ford). After one week, they took the pictures and then two weeks after that, they sent me an email to inform me that the parts were arrived at the dealership. But in fact they were not there! I waited another week then I went there to change the parts : I waited two hours and I was told that the parts were changed! But the car did not move and the job was not done! They tried to make me think that I was there for the pictures and the person in charge was not there (Mr.Rob), and I needed to come again next week!! It was clear on their computer that my appointment was taken to replace the parts. After I got very upset and told them that I was not going to leave the service without my parts being changed. They all tried to convince me that I was wrong : Linda, Tina and Nicole were very insistent and wanted me to signed a paper that the parts were replaced, but they were not! I was saved by Atna who came to check what happened and told them that I was right. The service took the car. I waited another two hours!

    I had a very bad experience with this service concerning the change of the rear light due to condensation and poor sealing.
