  Just got out the door and created a google account so I could write this review. When I walked in there was only one other customer in the store and two guys at the desk on their phones. I spent 30 minutes (I timed it) looking mainly at cx bikes and didn't have a single person acknowledge my presence. One other person came in during that time that I was aware of. Walked out past the desk and they still didn't acknowledge me. I had researched two Scott cx bikes online and was excited as they they had both in stock. I was prepared to buy one, but I guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else. Too bad, they carry a good stock and their prices seemed good.

  These guys are awesome! They have a great selection of Bikes. Do not hesitate to shop here! These guys are so busy they probably don`t have time to eat their lunch.

  Great first experience with this shop. Ordered online and picked up next day. Was greeted right away when I got there and the employees were very friendly. Not sure what the bad reviews are about but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves it.

  As for Wanda with the 1 star review (get a life Wanda M) Wanda you can`t even give a person 5 minutes to gulp down their pizza!

  I cannot say enough amazing things about this bike store! I have been a competitive runner my entire life and just starting racing in triathlons 2 years ago using a road bike and I have loved it. However, I have been looking for a triathlon bike for about 6 months. I finally found the bike I was looking for at the correct price range and got in touch with Jeff at the store. Jeff was EXTREMELY helpful and trusting about everything he said. I was very hesitant at first since I have never purchased anything from Ebay before and at that price, I was very hesitant. I have also never dealt with customs and shipping in order to ship it to Boston where I reside. Jeff helped reassure me about the bike, condition, and shipping. He gained my trust very quickly and I received the bike just as described. Even if I received it and I was unhappy, I could have returned it within 30 days. Long story short, I have the triathlon bike I have been searching for and cannot wait to race it for the 2018 season and many more to come all thanks to Jeff and The Bike Zone. I hope to sometime visit them once I make a trip to Canada. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to buy any sort of bike. I can tell you that you will not be disappointed with not only their prices, but their outstanding customer service! THANK YOU!

  MTB, Road, Gravel, Touring, Tri, City Bikes etc. I challenge you to find a store with more product on the floor that you can touch and feel at all price points.

  In today's day and age of Bike Shops turning into "Big Box" style stores, The Bike Zone Mississauga is a breath of fresh air. This is a real deal bike shop people! There are actual parts in the display cases, size runs in the clothing, and top notch mechanics with real grease on their hands;) From high end rider to "I need a bike for my kid" this shop has you covered, and has staff that knows the product inside and out.
