  Overworked staff leads to a very slow service. Food was good once it arrived, and the staff, whilst rushed, were pleasant. Overweight manager likes to hobble around telling his staff what to do, yet fails to raise a finger to lift any discarded cutlery or packaging. IPads everywhere keep the proletariat amused with bright lights and adverts, but also include a reasonably useful ordering system for table service. They ask for a tip up front, which seems absurd... They can also be turned off, lest you get distracted by adverts.

  I’m tech savvy, but ordering from an iPad was annoying and just another way companies can sell advertisements that annoy me.

  A place for coffee and cocktails before catch flight. Located right by gate C30 in terminal 3 Pearson Int'l airport. Equipped with iPads while wait to be boarded. Clean, modern decor and brightly lite. Recommended.

  At least the food was delicious and the free coffee refill was a plus. Staff was friendly.

  This is a cool place where you order on an iPad at your seat. The staff were friendly and the butter croissants were not bad, though not perfect!

  When things are busy, food takes some time. Overall an ok experience.
